
By registering for and/or attending any Elevate Eisteddfod events, workshops, performances, or associated activities, all participants (and their guardians, where applicable) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Media Consent
By attending Elevate Eisteddfod events, participants and their families consent to being photographed and/or filmed. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, archival, and social media purposes related to Elevate Eisteddfod. All media remains the property of Elevate Eisteddfod and may be used across platforms without further consent or compensation.
2. Event Etiquette
We are committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment for all participants. By attending any Elevate Eisteddfod events, you agree to:

Be kind, respectful, and encouraging to fellow performers, families, volunteers, and staff.

Celebrate each other's efforts and talents regardless of outcome or level.

Maintain professionalism and grace at all times, both on and off stage.
3. Punctuality & Attendance
Punctuality is essential. Participants must arrive on time for all workshops, events, and performances. Late arrivals may not be permitted to perform or participate, depending on schedule constraints. Elevate Eisteddfod reserves the right to manage scheduling as required to ensure a smooth experience for all.
4. Registration & Refund Policy
Due to high demand and the significant preparation involved, all registrations for workshops, events, and eisteddfods are non-refundable. This includes circumstances involving change of mind, illness, or schedule conflicts. Please consider your availability before registering.
5. Music Submission
All performance music must be submitted by the designated deadline outlined in event communications. Late submissions may result in forfeiture of the performance opportunity. Elevate Eisteddfod reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all programming and scheduling.
6. Performance Guidelines
By participating in Elevate Eisteddfod, you agree to adhere to the following performance standards:
Song Submission and Selection
Once a song has been submitted and uploaded, it cannot be changed, unless it is discovered that multiple performers have selected the same song. In such cases:

The performer who submitted the song first will retain the right to perform it.

Other performers will be contacted and must submit a new selection.
Song Length

All performances must not exceed 4 minutes in duration.

Please ensure your backing track is properly edited to reflect this.
Backing Tracks

Must be submitted in MP3 format.

Backing vocals are permitted, but ghosting of lead vocals is strictly prohibited. All lead vocal lines must be performed live.

Your MP3 file must be clearly labeled with the following format: Name_Category_Age_Song
7. Bullying and Harassment Policy
Elevate Eisteddfod is an inclusive and respectful space for all participants, regardless of age, background, race, identity, ability, or experience. We are proud of our diverse community and will not tolerate any form of:

Discrimination

Intimidation or exclusionary behavior
Any breaches of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event and potential disqualification from future involvement.
8. Privacy Policy
Elevate Eisteddfod values your privacy. Personal data collected during registration and participation (including names, contact information, and performance details) will be stored securely and used solely for event administration, communication, and promotional purposes related to Elevate Eisteddfod. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
9. Confidentiality Agreement
All participants, staff, and volunteers agree to maintain confidentiality in matters concerning judging, feedback, internal procedures, and the personal information of other participants. Respect for each individual's privacy, creative work, and performance experience is expected at all times.
