Performers may perform a cover song or reinterpretation in their own style, with judging focusing on vocal technique, musicality, performance quality, confidence, interpretation and overall stage presence. Spotlight is about owning the stage and bringing your artistry to life as an individual performer.

Synergy is designed for performers competing in duos or trios, highlighting musical connection, harmony and collaborative performance. This category celebrates groups who work together to create a cohesive and engaging performance experience. Judging focuses on vocal blend, timing, chemistry, arrangement, stage communication, performance dynamics and the overall strength of the group as a unified act. Synergy is about collaboration, connection and creating something greater together on stage.

SIGNATURE
Signature celebrates originality, creativity and artistic identity through original music. This category is open to performers presenting songs they have written or co-written themselves, giving artists the opportunity to showcase their authentic voice, storytelling and musicianship. Performances may be acoustic or fully produced, with judging focusing on songwriting quality, lyrical content, composition, originality, vocal delivery, emotional connection and artistic authenticity. Signature is about sharing your story and leaving your creative mark as an original artist.
