What Are the Requirements to Volunteer?
We’re looking for individuals who share our commitment to creating an uplifting and dynamic event. To join the team, you’ll need to:

Be at least 18 years old.

Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and provide your WWCC number.

Attend a compulsory volunteer briefing session to prepare for the event.

Commit to a minimum of three shifts (4–5 hours each).

Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for teamwork.
What Will You Do as a Volunteer?
Volunteers are vital to ensuring that every performer and patron has an unforgettable experience. Duties may include:

Assisting with performer check-ins and managing backstage areas.

Greeting attendees and providing helpful event information.

Supporting queue and crowd management.

Ushering and helping patrons find their seats.

Lending a hand with special activities and event features.

Optional assistance with marketing, research, or administrative tasks in the lead-up to the event.
