What Are the Requirements to Volunteer?

We’re looking for individuals who share our commitment to creating an uplifting and dynamic event. To join the team, you’ll need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and provide your WWCC number.

  • Attend a compulsory volunteer briefing session to prepare for the event.

  • Commit to a minimum of three shifts (4–5 hours each).

  • Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for teamwork.

What Will You Do as a Volunteer?

Volunteers are vital to ensuring that every performer and patron has an unforgettable experience. Duties may include:

  • Assisting with performer check-ins and managing backstage areas.

  • Greeting attendees and providing helpful event information.

  • Supporting queue and crowd management.

  • Ushering and helping patrons find their seats.

  • Lending a hand with special activities and event features.

  • Optional assistance with marketing, research, or administrative tasks in the lead-up to the event.

Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for everyone involved.
